Pay: Commission only. Pay depends on performance - part-time agents make from $2,700.00 per month from 3 average sales.

Role Description:

We are looking to train new or returning insurance agents who feel passionate about working with families and businesses to protect their assets from loss and volatility through life insurance and fixed index annuities.

Compensation:

This is a contract role in a non-captive agency, and pay depends on performance. It is commission only and you build your own schedule. Initial trainee contract is at 30% of the annual points system, and ranges up to 83% plus residuals, bonuses and overrides. To elaborate, for 3 average policies ($250 per month premium) the commission amounts to $750*12*0.30=$2,700

Training:

We provide new agent support through pre-licensing course discount, ongoing online and in-person trainings and direct mentorship with experienced professionals in the field.

Requirements:

No experience is required.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old or older.
Experience with sales, real estate, insurance, or other commission based roles is a plus.
Must pass a background check.
Must be willing to acquire license with the state. Licensing fees may qualify for reimbursement.
Must successfully complete a video or an in-person interview.
